Control Surveys Limited Owner and President, John Berghuis, NLS, has over 40 years industry experience and has been a practising Newfoundland Land Surveyor since 1983. The firm also employs two full-time Survey Technicians. Both technicians are graduates of the 3-year Surveying Engineering Technology program at the College of the North Atlantic.
Control Surveys uses conventional electronic surveying equipment and a Global Positioning System (GPS) to provide a full survey capability even in remote locations. Field systems are supported with AutoCAD and CivilCAD computer applications to provide the most efficient and cost-effective solutions to our clients.
